Dnoto you're 100% correct. If you checked out my original post yesterday after the news broke after reading the entire thing I came to the same conclusion. As people accumulate shares the float will dry up and more will be needed to be issued and as the company expands at a quick rate they will be on top of it to release shares quickly to expand the cap. People who are uneducated about stocks will interpret this news release as bad, but they are doing it at this point not because they are desperate for money but looking forward to the near future and their quick expansion! I hate the flippers on here especially you wiseman; I just got in this stock about nine days ago and everything I heard pointed towards this thing skyrocketing, yet you all flip now. I might as call you guys flipper the dolphin!!!!!

They are trying to get those shares authorized but not issued which is key. The shares will not be issued to the common share so they will not be released all at once or anything of that nature. The stock quantity issued will probably be small chunks as shares get accumulated and low float. So, I do not think this is bad after reading it. Some of you guys are idiots also saying this is going to tank and what not, a week ago you were all saying this was going to .03 .05 and now the opposite!
