I've read the same rumors Mike as I too have Scottrade. However I believe you'll find that Scottrade is not the only broker to not have converted as yet. I'm not too concerned as I don't plan to sell right away but I would like to see this issue get completed if this is indeed the reason we haven't seen a PR yet.
