I'm sure most have heard rumors of Scottrade being involved in naked shorting and Scottrade's connection to rumored naked shorting market maker Nite. With that being said, does anyone think naked shorting may be playing a part in the delay by Scottrade in getting our non converted OFON shares being adjusted for the R/S and becoming ONCP shares in our Scottrade accounts? I can see it taking a couple of days but this has been a full week now which gives the appearance that Scottrade is having "issues" with the ONCP shares.

Substance over style.
