i'm not sure if i expressed it correctly.. the point is, it is legal to take ur buisness off shore for a tax break only because it hasnt been explicitly made illegal.. but if u wana define evading.. running to another country to avoid is the definition of it.

most of the short sellin scheemes involve overseas companies, and loans leveraged against the starving victem company for coverages of that short. assuming this is a reality.. and no one realized Urban was from a rich family. they may have tried to press him to take the loan and cover their short, unsuccessfully.. i would like that... heh.
