Deserving Long Shareholders list

I added myself, since I was in since before the original big spike, but it would be interesting to decide on criteria.
For example, some of us did sell most of our Hartcourt holdings before the big fall to 6 cents, and then bought back, either at 6 cents (the lucky ones), or later (me, unfortunately). Others were in and out of Hartcourt to various extents. Are these "loyal shareholders"?

Probably (which would exclude me), a "deserving shareholder" was someone with the guts (or lack of foresight) to have owned Hartcourt before the big rise, and who held through the low period and didn't sell many shares during the rise up? Shareholders like this should, in all fairness, get priority.

Two million split 50 ways is 40,000 shares each. So worth about $8,000. Not sure how this would be treated by U.S. IRS.
