AGT... the 50million warrants (priced at 50cents) that expire in a week would have been much better deal than this one. I assume the CEO panicked and felt like he had no negotiating power. The bankers's negotiators must have been smooth enough to convince the CEO that sex can always feel good, especially when gangraping common shareholders.
