AGT: The new warrants are expected for the financing anyway. The strike price is low. I guess the banks are in a rush to get the deal done now as AGT is rising sharply.
At the end the total dilution of bridge loan and final loan is about 37%, much better than NG(120%).
Glad this is behind us now. Remember ~20 million warrants are expiring in a week!

Buy cheap, undiscovered stocks!
