If this is the case, then it provides more ammunition for the FC case. How does the FDIC justify selling WAMU bank and several subsideraies for only $1.9B. Who got the money? Is it in an escrow account waiting to pay debt? Were these subsideraries listed on the bill of sale? "Oh, what an evil web we weave when we set out to deceive."
