It definitely doesn't mean any two or more people working in concert. That could include any of us here buying more than the requisite minimum. There has to be a definite business association as defined by SEC rules and regulations, not just a couple of people buying stock.

As far as Jay leaving, there's absolutely no indication of that happening. In actual fact, this guy Fogg is talking about partnering with MOBL, not taking it over. With MOBL being a holding company, the partnership (if any) would only pertain to the CLEC business, and that would leave MOBL (and Jay) entirely with Progames, MLOG, and whatever else MOBL picked up in the interim.
