One final note on calculation. The $10.30 Liquidation payment should have stopped the clock on dividends. No more dividends should be allocated to LSRH, so whatever owed dividends are carved in stone from the day the $10.30 was paid, because a liquidation was announced and substantially consumated.
They could theoretically throw in a pro-rata kicker, but shouldn't be obligated to do so based on the share price of LSRAF before, during, and after the Liquidation.
