I do appreciate all the well wishes and thanks for the work and those that know me know that this has become an obsession for me so it's seriously my pleasure to do it. What I would like to request though is for everyone that can to keep funding the attorney. Lane's putting in a ton of time for us right now and we are racking up a serious bill. I'm working on a chunk of cash from a couple of people here that are potentially going to fund our reorg plan, but we need as much as we can get in the fund. There can't be any delays or breaks in his efforts and we can't put him in a position of choosing which client to work with.
We greatly appreciate those that are deciding to fund the attorney now and hope the more of you join the efforts. I've had numerous conversations with very important people to Xechem here this weekend and I'm never more convinced of what's going on here. There are people that want to help us and there are people who want to see us succeed.
We are meeting with the Minister of Information and Communcation tomorrow, she wants to have Dr. Pandey talk about how bringing traditional medicines to market will help "brand" Nigeria. We have had a lot of discussions on how bringing more and more products developed in Nigeria to the market and exported from Nigeria can help to change Nigeria's image as one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Because we've been talking about it so much there are people starting to listen and are taking note of it, which means they want to help. We are establishing a message that the Minister wants to grab on to. This is bigger than just selling a pharmaceutical, now we are talking about villages getting royalties for products developed by their people, farmers being put to work, products exported, world-wide recognition of Nigerian scientists.
BTW, since the story on the Diabetes drug has hit, Dr. Pandey has had four local scientists contact him to see if he'll work with them to bring their medicine to market....
