Yes correct.

Pinksheets is now posting caveat emptor to all new mergers, acquisitions, and new operating companies that do not submit their Opinion letter or Management Profiles/ Bios and all other start-up documents in order for Pinksheets to review and approve so that there is a minimum for us to look at.

Let's see how long they take to get the bones off. Looks like this could be a good potential investment...
