I put in a question about the Caveat Emptor issue. It would appear from my understanding that after the merger, as there was no immediate news and financials filed, pinksheets marked them as such. I've heard this is a new 'rule' from pinksheets regarding rm's. Anyone else confirm? Think i'll email pinksheets as this could be something to watch out for when playing 15-12's
