That is true about the SEC, I guess. Tell me more about why you think KNEC is bad. I mean spikes due to awarness campaigns are not unsual. The price of oil has collapsed. Maybe that is a reason it dropped as well. The oil boom environment changed. Is there something with management or the projects that make you think the company is a scam.
