Coastie...I am surprised you did not point out the Pacer releases on Jimenez's final disclosures this Jan '09, released several days ago, regarding Huff's involvement in the 2002-2004 conspiracy to fabricate the books with false CDR off-sets against, as the SEC states, "millions of dollars of mounting debts monthly" from the Mexico, Philipine, and Brazil operations. (If you did, I apologize.)

The civil, obvious question I would like to hear from you about is this.

Don't you find it curious that no one has heard a peep out of those creditors (or filed liens)about the "Millions of dollars" of debt owed them by now, going on 4-7 years?
