and let me clarify that I mean 'normal, quarterly filings in the US' vs. the yearly thing we've been getting.

I _KNOW_ it costs a shitload of $$ to do all the regular SEC filings. But, really, after all these years (I've been in for 3 now)...I still have NO freakin' idea of the financial status of the company.
