The new management was seeking for the perfect merger to vend in a company that will support the price after a R/S is performed.

It is the good ole management that spoiled the good intentions and thwarted the share price. The IR told me that it's no use suing them and pursue recovery of 4B shares!!!
THE OLD MANAGEMENT CRAPPED UP!!!

Therefore the stock will not tank as some like to predict. The only issue that seems to be here is FINRA that is holding this thing up. CUSIP has already been obtained, just waiting for the approval from FINRA to perform a R/S and a new ticker symbol likewise.

Australian Casino co is huge and has dozens of millions of $$$ in revenue. The market will recognize the new co and RMDM will fly!!!
