awk - interestng point. All this time I'm thinking about inter-trust and yet there is still the issue of intra-trust. Of course it makes sense, a trusted domain is a trusted domain is a trusted domain, doesn't matter if it's on a server or a mainframe or a wristwatch.
One thing seems sure to me, there are many individuals thinking well beyone the trusted part to what one can do with it. Trust now seems to be taken for granted, the baseline has been raised. I think it's a remarkable shift in thinking from bigger and faster individual machines to web services.
