Not entirely correct.

Just as the site owners can choose who is allowed to participate, every individual has the right to choose their level of participation, especially if they have paid to participate.

Just like a storeowner can refuse service to anyone he chooses, so can the shopper choose not to shop or to shop elsewhere.
