rmarchma- Quick question. Can the company buy back the shares from the management? Had it done that way, it would have been petty change for the company to buy back 50000 or so shares (Merritt's 20000, Tilden's 20000, Shay's 9000,...) and it would have been in line with the buy back spirit (this 50000+ shares in addition to the 1 million shares).
