Stingray and Stehsucker: Although it is obvious that jrinphx's frustrations and emotions over this stock have boiled over, neither one of you have taken into consideration that he does have valid points. I am in SCMI for the long haul, but I too am not happy with management's ability to insert their size 15 foot in their rather large mouths (although this seems to have changed of late). Even though we should all know that a pink's price will fluctuate greatly over time, you can not negate the fact that this company has not completed the goals that jrinphx is complaining about. Even if you allow for the SEC to be blamed for the hold up of the distribution of QTIG shares, you still have to contend with jrinphx's complaints of absolutely no filing and only securing one major using our product for commercial use to date (EMI doesn't count because they are using it strictly for promotional material, although, I will not negate the importance of the newly founded relationship between SCMI and EMI). These are two things that were promised repeatedly to be completed by the end of last year and no matter how you turn it, they haven't been done. I will even let the fact that another major hasn't signed on for commercial releases slide because I know that we can't force anyone to use our technology, but the filing is unacceptable to me. I, for one, am willing to hold my position because I have been lucky enough to take profits from this investment and plan on doing so in a big way when management gets it all together. Plus, I believe in this technology. However, I can sympathize with jrinphx's anger and I believe it's unfair of the two of you to call him a "whiner" because the bottom line is that he couldn't whine if there was nothing to whine about!
