Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get your chance to unload. I've been around long enough to recognize your overreaction to mean that you concerned about what I have to say. But don't worry, I do think this company has a good shot to legitmacy since they acquired CorCell and since Blue Shield invested. Not to mention the fact that a whole bunch of stock is help by insiders. So thought the OS is 500mil, the float is much smaller. And I don't think there has been much dilution past 500mil OS at the moment. If however, the rest of the 4mil SPA is exercised....well, you do the math: $4m/$0.003 = how many shares? Suffice it to say that the company would have to raise the AS, or do the standard pinky deal of RSing and then raiseing the AS. BUT I DON'T THINK THIS WILL HAPPEN! At least not the entire $4mil. Current cash burn is ~$250k per Q. Until they break even, assuming steady cash burn as stated previoiusly, you can expect $250k/$0.003 shares dilution per Q.
Oh, and one other thing I didn't like is that his daugher (?) is a paid consultant who receives $11,500 per MONTH! Unethical.
