News like this is what we need; the common masses to start buying up HQ, Preferreds and Common in hopes of a settlement. This speculation alone could drive Commons to 20 cents, PQ's to $100, HQ and KQ through the roof as well.

Word is getting out here folks, and the clock is ticking: Q3 2009, which means anytime between July - Sept. That's only 6 months away at the earliest.
