Perhaps with a bit of effort we could whittle these down into another table similar to the "Phase III drugs looking for a home."

Here are a few subtractions from the list:
-ARDM, BLUS, TTP, VION: are now PK or OB status
-CRTX, CTIC, ISV, OSCI: debt appears to exceed cash now
-ARQL, AVRX, NEOL, NKTR: trading well above cash levels

And one addition:
-CEGE
