i think the creditors are willing to step aside for now and not ask for full payment. wamu is worth more to them out of bankruptcy in as far as stability of ongoing contracts. wamu has creditors on their side. they know they were seized prematurely for the greed of jaime dimon and jpm and sheila bair of fdic. i think they are helping wamu so wamu can help them right back. jmo sf
