Everyone is reading this one way, but could it mean something else?

Does this really mean they plan to "emerge" from bk or is it open to be read as liquidation?

I tend to look at these things from the eyes of a kid on Christmas morning waiting to get my goodies and so yeah, I assumed that's what it meant. But can it mean liquidation as well?

How do they plan to pay their creditors by the 3rd quarter?
