Diamondiferous PR had it open at .001 If I'm recalling correctly. Only news will move and it has to be erupting news at best. The survey was good. PPS go down. Outstanding is known in conjuction with net worth etc... any news after that which is positively interpreted would move it. I can see 20 billion in volume and 1 sale at this point and JEFF and WEIN still sit there.
