I know there are 3 million series A. They paid $10 + change. Was that supposed to be interest or part of the $25 liquidation value? In other words, how much is the total remaining? I dont suppose it is over $75 million which is "insignificant" according to the last TGL filing.
I wonder about these guys. "No distribution" either means "We're broke" or it means we don't expect to pay any dividends until we can start writing policies again. That is "looking forward" we expect to have a business, not a bank.
Of course, it might be a bit of trouble making a business with all of the TAC people involved in the lawsuit and the AIG and General Re guys going to jail or getting their fingers slapped.
