I'll Take a CC&Coke please.
One way to stop the EXCESS Shorting of a stock would be to have EVERY M&M Report SHORT SALES ( all on the same day at the same time) EXAMPLE--On the first trading day of each month before the MARKET OPENS, say at 9:00AM all must report and
(cover before they can sell that stock again.)
This would stop the M&Ms from COVERING for EACH OTHER.
