It was bad timing overall. The company wasn't profitable... Needed cash ... For repairs and operational expences above their earnings.. they were backed into a corner as to their moves... Why don't you tell us what they could have done to raise the money they needed? Magic beans? Golden egg laying goose?....banks didn't approve their loan requests...

Truth is they had only two options... R/s and hope they can get bigger investors or raise the a/s to 10 billion... And keep printing... Or third option... Close up shop...

My opinion is my own, please don't use it to justify buying a stock.
