the only party who wins is the lawyers...
Look at there bills -- amazing!!!
Todays hearing and I listened to it along with an actual attny - and he agreed with me--- and it made up my mind that this is a major major major up-hill battle.. and it will take months maybe a few years. The FC claim is the only way to go --- If you win the FC claim -- then you will see some settlement -- but you wont see JPM handing over anything unless the goverment supplies the cash and resources and tells JPM to do it while they take on the debts ect ect!!
