Blue sky since I have gotten several of that sort of bonus in the past I really find it to be insignificant and keep your good employees type thing as it is used selectively.

Less than 1 million share is not very significant to large companies, and I don't see it as a game, just an intelligent way to try to keep good people since most companies do it.

Just look in the filings and you will see it is very common practice.

Seeing as this is not a pinksheet and T Boone owns 40% I am not too worried about it being a dilution machine.
