I heard Obama plug the new website "recovery.gov" and state that all (plebians) could find complete transparency there of this new stimulus package.

As I'm reading the links you posted, I decided to see if Obama or any of his on-the-ball constituents had thought to post the bill at recovery.gov? They have not, UNBELIEVABLE!
