Who do you think it should be with. How about a mysterious group of Russian investors. What about someone like VPN. How about Elisra... etc... etc... etc...

Do you have any idea how meaningless a contract announcement has become for this company?

Unless the "other" company makes the announcement and it has real dollars attached to it. Unless it's a real company and not some professor playing company with his college students...

It's not going to matter...
