I was told by Melinda and Roger that my services would not be needed for CBAY anymore as they are no longer on the board of directors. Therefore the new board of directors will be responsible for hiring their own IR and putting out the info for shareholders in the filings, nevada sos, pinksheets, etc.....

I did not ask to leave I was told that the new board of directors is responsible for answering shareholders from here on out. So I officially resigned.
