I have a hard time believing the company or insiders are dumping shares. Most of the insiders hold enough shares to have to file with the SEC if they sell from their holdings. Since their have been no form 4's filed I don't see insiders/or the company selling.

On the other hand a co president's letter (such as the one Calcitech just put out.) would be an excellent idea imo, a good way to ring in the new year. Which we are missing. Shareholders like to be communicated with; they like to hear about plans and achievements.
