it is VERY strange that A PR was and has not been released in January 2009 to thank shareholders and to highlight current pipe line. very strange. But this tells me one possible tthing is that [ they ] the company and or insiders are manipulating the stock price to force it down very low and then buy. The last three peak cycles are almost identical. The next peak is between the end of Feb and early March. If Welwind waits until then to Post a PR we will be looking at subpenny stock in PPS. If we do not have a PR this week coming, on Friday the stock will close under or near 4 cents./
