OT-will the " average Joes" prevail again-
Just my thoughts-
Looking at the big picture of things over the past eight years we saw Internet trading come to life in the mid 1990's or so.Well didn't we start to see stocks increasing in great value at this time also, we sure did the ordinary Joe's were getting rich. Then I remember when I first started trading in the late 90's or early 2000 and they decided to get rid of the fractions in stock trading and went to decimal points and if I remember correctly the decimal keep moving to the right more at this time it seemed that the average Joe was finding it harder to make a profit because of cellar boxing and Naked shorting, money was starting to flow out of the retailers pocket, IMO we will see the Retailers start to gain again when cellar boxing and naked shorting gets stopped. Like I said this is a theory but looking at a simple overall view it makes sense to me.
