Technicals like that work really well in a bull market, but in a bear, they tend to lead to lots of pop and drop activity.

I actually think it is better to depend on solid fundamentals at this point.

Maybe someone can help me on this. I am not sure that La Salle holds any actual voting rights, which might mean that the guy who filed that 13g has almost 25% of the voting rights. Correct me if I am wrong.
