Minor Bug Fix:

I noticed tonight that when you Preview a reply to a public message, the top menu was being displayed twice. It looks like that bug has been in there at least since I added "My Interface", and possibly has been there since Preview first went in.

I only use Preview when I'm stuck on the spelling of a word, so this one slipped by me for an awfully long time.
