The feature that lets you Keep public messages in a sort of separate inbox now has a name. It's now called "Public Message Archiving". I'm posting this message here just as a kind of explanation of what Public Message Archiving means on the "Upgrade" page so Matt will know what to write when he does up the popup explanation for that feature (you listening, Matt?).
