Buybacks won't help unless IDCC is successful in stopping internal bleeding. People might come up with many articles quoting how insider trading is supposed to be insignificant, but the fact is that unless IDCC gets into the bigger leagues even the sale of a mere 5000 shares (when it is not in 10b-5) is good enough to kill whatever run-up it is having. Why don't these guys realize that they are hurting the stock and aiding (most probably unintentionally) the option players.
Just praying to stop the preying.
