Who turned my 9 upside down? Filing date was 01/16/09, not 01/16/06.

Closing date, in my opinion, will be end of March / beginning of April. I also believe that from the beginning, the process was expected to take 3 years, because of the following, from the 10-Q filed 01/16/06:

In April 2006, the Company entered into three year employment and consulting agreements with two officers
