You have a valid question, which may be answered through either dilution and/or shorting. A gagged TA would be a good guess, as this is typically suspect. However, one must also carefully consider the problem of shorting and/or naked shorting with RCCH, since the stock value was much higher at one point without any dilution, and some interesting short trading activity ever since. Perhaps after conducting some research, you may be able to answer the question that you raised yourself and decide which answer is more correct. Personally, I'm long on the stock due to dd, and therefore have chosen to purchase my lotto tickets and a bag of popcorn to watch the show unfold. So far, the opening scene has been entertaining, can't wait for the action to really start. JMO. GLTA.
