I need to tell ya the strat behind doin what I need ta do.....

in the maentime...I have in incredible card w/a 3.74 rate....NOT a teaser either....this is a straight standard purchase APR (variable of course) so I can transfer the bal to this card with NO 1 time 3% trans fee.

But in short....I want to get this bal onto a SECURED line/loan of credit (even if it means payin double the %)....u can maybe guess where I'm goin w/this now.

Times really suck.
