This is a publicly traded company so technically it is up to the company to substantiate. As for us, the current and potential investors, it is our duty to be skeptical.

What some may see a positive development (someone present at the building) others may choose to see in a different light. My take on the recent news is as follows:

There are two nice people there not doing much because they do not have key equipment.

If I ran that place, not only would my equipment be up and running RIGHT NOW, but I would even pick the sign up off the ground.
