Mike I dunno i dont know of many public companies, especially OTC.BB ones, that dont have their own offices. Usually the ones that have the same address as their attorneys are the ones i worry about.

It also makes the fact that they were late with the 10 K, and have been late with other filings, all the more inexcusable. I mean they dont have to exactly wait for things in the mail do they lol? They are right next to each other in a cubicle or what have you, so to me its pretty pathetic they go through these late filings so often.
