When the FDIC seizes a bank, it's just that, seized. They don't pay whoever they seized it from anything. In order for this Fraudulent Conveyance to work, they will have to show that the FDIC acted improperly....and imo that's an uphill battle.....although it's possible. The FDIC has been sued before and lost...z
