The EPS of $.10 is only for the 3rd quarter. When applying EPS to fundamental analysis an ANNUAL EPS total must be utilized.

ADL has given guidance of for 2009 in a range from $.32 to $.48. This forward-looking guidance is a better barometer when estimating a potential stock price.

One thing we must realize is that Mr. Market is usually on top of things in regards to stock price. There are several hurdles which need to be addressed by ADL (going concern opinion by auditors, dilution, negative cash flow, etc). That being said, I am very bullish on this Company going into 2009.
