Ronnie, wouldn't considering 2G forgiven and putting all of the settlement toward future 3G sales drive up the per unit rate? That helps on two fronts (IMO). First, your recognize the revenue going fwd vs. one time event. Second, Samsung willingly accepted these terms and resulting 3G rate. They will have to consider that rate for post-2012 sales.
